Our experience with this Atlanta Builders bathroom remodeling project was impressive and overall, went well. We found the company via online search, looking for a remodeling company that could renovate two bathrooms by removing the bath tubs to replace with walk-in showers. The most important decision for us was not only excellent and quality completion of a project, but professionalism and knowing the importance of extending the best customer service to their clients.
Our family reviewed the website, looking at the history of company, reading the reviews of other Customers, and viewing the photos. Once we spoke with Ms. Tracie and explained our vision, she came over to our residence the following week, providing prompt quotes for the bathrooms within the same week of the visit. Approximately three weeks later, Ms. Tracie scheduled for the project to begin.
We visited Floors and Decor and met with a dedicated individual, Ms. Jackie at Floors and Décor, for her expertise in looking for the materials needed for a Bathroom project. Scott, the owner of Atlanta Builders and Remodeling, came by to view the project, to explain the contract, and to answer any questions and concerns. Scott was upfront with us and a man of his word and made our vision come to life. The different Contractors came on different days, as well as Scott, to maintain the on time progress of the project to our satisfaction. Tracie, the office manager, displayed a pleasant demeanor and was always very informative. She kept us, the customer, informed of the schedule implemented via text or phone. At every step, we felt that the company and its employees made it their main priority to achieve customer service satisfaction. All the contractors worked diligently and were excellent in their craft.
